Our Case Management Department is a knowledgeable and client-centered team committed to coordinating comprehensive, strengths-based support for the individuals and families we serve. Through individualized care planning, community collaboration, advocacy, and consistent follow-through, our case managers help clients navigate complex systems while promoting stability, independence, and long-term wellness. Their dedication to continuity of care and interdisciplinary teamwork ensures that services are delivered with professionalism, compassion, and accountability.
Our Assistant Case Managers are a highly skilled and dedicated group of professionals who play a vital role in supporting the case management team and the clients we serve. Through their consistent collaboration, attention to detail, and direct provision of mental health services, they help ensure continuity of care, responsiveness to client needs, and high-quality service delivery across programs.
Our Interpreter Services Division is a culturally responsive and highly professional team dedicated to ensuring equitable access to behavioral health services for individuals and families with limited English proficiency. Through accurate interpretation, cultural brokering, and strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards, our interpreters play a critical role in bridging communication between clients and providers. Their work enhances clinical understanding, reduces barriers to care, and promotes culturally competent service delivery across all programs within R&K Wellness & Mental Health.
Our Clinical Outpatient Team is a diverse and highly skilled group of licensed clinicians who provide comprehensive, evidence-based services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Through individualized treatment planning, trauma-informed care, and collaborative goal setting, our clinicians create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether addressing mental health concerns, relational challenges, or life transitions, the team remains committed to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and promoting meaningful, sustainable change across the lifespan.
Our DLS In-Home Support Team is a compassionate and committed group of direct support professionals who provide exceptional, day-to-day care to the individuals and families we serve. Their work is grounded in reliability, respect, and person-centered support, and their daily efforts significantly enhance client well-being, independence, and quality of life.
