Case Managers work with individual clients and/or legal guardians to assess the client’s strengths and needs while also collaborating with the identified client to connect them with community resources that focus on promoting wellness and independence. The primary components of this position are to coordinate, advocate, monitor, evaluate, refer, support, and assess individualized services being provided, as well as services that are needed on an ongoing basis. Case Managers receive recurring clinical supervision and training revolving around best practices, ethics, harm reduction, diversity awareness, trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and documentation enhancement skills.
SALARY/PAY
Hourly pay ranges between $30 to $35 per billable hour (CIS and TCM) or attestation (BHH adult and children) depending on experience and education
Full-Time hours available (minimum of 18 billable hours per week)
Part-Time hours available (minimum of 15 billable hours per week)
Travel & Mileage reimbursement
BENEFITS
After 90 days, Employees will be eligible for 401k, Medical, Dental, vision, LTD, STD, and other insurance coverage
Paid Time off benefits may be offered to an employee after 6 months of full-time employment to qualify for Sick time, Vacation time, Bereavement, and 7 paid holidays

We provide Monthly Clinical Supervision that meets state and licensing requirements

We assist with clinical supervision and additional training that may allow you to obtain credit to obtain your full MHRT-C from your Provisional MHRT-C.

Case Manager Assistants work with individual clients and/or legal guardians to support them in building relationships with community resources and providers that focus on promoting wellness and independence. The primary components of this position are to support and guide clients to implement established case management treatment plans, document the client process, make recommendations for ongoing client treatment needs, and work with the client (at residence and within the local community) on developing skills to increase the ability to become independent. Case Manager Assistants receive recurring clinical supervision and training revolving around best practices, ethics, harm reduction, diversity awareness, trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and documentation enhancement skills.
SALARY/PAY
Hourly pay ranges between $25 to $26.50 per billable hour (CIS and TCM) or attestation (BHH adult and children) depending on experience and education

Community Mental Health Professionals – DLS (MHRT-1) - inexpensive affordable health insurance options

In this position, you will assist individual adults in their homes and surrounding communities to work on developing daily living skills, apply various symptom management techniques, as well as implement various approaches to become more independent and self-sufficient and work towards their goal of wellness and independence. Full-Time hours available (minimum of 32 billable hours per week)

Shared Living can be for any individual if the correct match is found. The Shared Living model has proven to be a good means for providing inclusion in a person’s community when an individual is matched and well supported by a Shared Living Home Provider. Shared Living can provide a consistent and stable support system while minimizing the impact that is inherent in shift staff residential models related to multiple staff and turnover. As an outpatient clinical counselor, you’ll be utilizing an array of client-centered and evidenced-based approaches to develop an assessment and individualized treatment plan to assist our clients in developing the necessary coping skills while exploring how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact. Through the utilization of counseling modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness work, trauma-focused work, and other therapeutic modalities that align with the clinician’s expertise, the clinician will work on adapting to the needs/areas of improvement that the client wants to work on, while also incorporating a wellness and psycho-educational component into the client’s treatment. Our clinicians work with our clients, families, and caregivers to offer and explore strategies to help adults and children understand, manage and prevent their mental health symptoms while improving their daily living, skills of independence, and self-awareness/understanding within the home and community.
