Adult & Child Case Managers (MHRT-C and/or B.S./B.A.) - $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (applicable for FT candidates) - inexpensive affordable health insurance options 


Case Manager's work with individual clients and/or legal guardians to assess the client’s strengths and needs, while also collaborating with identified client to connect them with community resources that focus on promoting wellness and independence. The primary components of this position are to coordinate, advocate, monitor, evaluate, refer, support, and assess individualized services being provided, as well as services that are needed on an ongoing basis. Case Managers receive recurring clinical supervision and trainings revolving around best practices, ethics, harm-reduction, diversity awareness, trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and documentation enhancement skills. 


SALARY/WAGES  

Hourly pay range $25 to $30 per billable hour (CIS and TCM) or attestation (BHH adult and children) depending on experience and education. Full-Time hours available (minimum of 18 billable hours per week). Part Time hours available (minimum of 13 billable hours per week). Additional pay compensation for hybrid position. Travel & Mileage reimbursement.   


BENEFITS  

After 90 days Employees will have access to 401k, Medical, Dental, vision, LTD, STD, and other insurance coverage. Paid Time off benefits may be offered to an employee after 6 months of full-time employment to qualify for Sick time, Vacation time, Bereavement, and 7 paid holidays. Ongoing performance-based incentives.    


TRAINING & SUPERVISION  

We provide Monthly Clinical Supervision that meets state and licensing requirements.  Program Coordinator and other agency personnel for ongoing support are always readily available. We pay for the CEU Requirements to maintain your MHRT-C certification. We provide LOCUS Training & pay for ANSA and CANS Certification. We assist with clinical supervision that may allow you to obtain credit to obtain your full MHRT C from your Provisional.    


POSITION REQUIREMENTS  

Must have MHRT C or MHRT C/P Certificate for Adult Case Management. Must have B.A. or B.S. in related field for Children’s Case Management. Reliable Transportation, current Driver’s License, and current car insurance. Pass background checks. Must be able to meet deadlines, have attention to details, and good written, verbal communication. Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Community Mental Health Professionals - DLS - (MHRT-1) - $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS (applicable for FT candidates) - inexpensive affordable health insurance options 


In this position you will assist individual adults in their home and surrounding communities to work on developing daily living skills, apply various symptom management techniques, as well as implement various approaches to become more independent, self-sufficient and work towards their goal of wellness and independence. DLS staff receive recurring clinical supervision and trainings revolving around best practices, ethics, harm-reduction, diversity awareness, trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and documentation skill development. 


SALARY/WAGES

$13.50 per billable hour with an opportunity to increase to $14.50  per billable hour with employment weekly incentive. Full-Time hours available (minimum of 32 billable hours per week). Part Time hours available (minimum of 13 billable hours per week).  Travel & Mileage reimbursement.

The DLS Supervisor and other agency personnel are always readily available for ongoing support. Paid classes: MHSS, CRMA, Behavioral interventions class, & CPR/First Aid to obtain/maintain your MHRT 1 Certification. 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must have MHRT 1 or MHRT 1/P Certification. Reliable transportation and current car insurance. Current driver’s license. Pass background checks. Able to meet deadlines, attention to details. Effective communication skills and competence in basic computer skills.

Shared Living Provider (contracted position of DSP – Daily Support Professional)    42K - 43.5K Annual Income (tax-free)

Shared Living is supported by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) through the MaineCare program (Sections 21, and 29) as one of the least restrictive and most cost-effective options of home support services available in Maine. Shared Living allows an individual to live in a family-style setting and become a member of the household, the family, and the community. Shared Living can be for any individual if the correct match is found. The Shared Living model has proven to be a good means for providing inclusion in a person’s community when an individual is matched and well supported by a Shared Living Home Provider. Shared Living can provide a consistent and stable support system while minimizing the impact that is inherent in shift staff residential models related to multiple staff and turnover. Shared Living is a lifestyle choice that allows the Shared Living Home Provider to provide services from their home, while also being guided by the personalized care plan which is developed by the client's treatment team and client.
