Licensed Clinician / Therapist
Full-Time or Part-Time$55,000 – $75,000/year (FT) | $40–$55/hour (PT, fee-for-service)Flexible; some evenings may be required
About This Role
Provide individual and group outpatient counseling to adults and/or children using evidence-based practices. Work within a client-centered framework to support clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with MaineCare and agency standards
- Collaborate with case managers, families, and other providers
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
Requirements
- LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent Maine licensure (or license-eligible with supervision available)
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Experience with children, adults, or both — we have openings across populations
